• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and encrypted password hash.
• Usage & Telemetry Data: We log API requests, endpoint paths, IP addresses, timestamps, and HTTP status codes to calculate credit usage and prevent abusive traffic.
• Billing Data: Payment details (credit card number, billing address) are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Stripe. ListingArena does not store full credit card numbers.
• Cookies & Sessions: We set a shared session cookie (la_session) across our subdomains to authenticate your logged-in state across our application, dashboard, and documentation.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide, maintain, and secure the ListingArena platform, process credit purchases, calculate API usage, deliver critical account updates, and provide technical customer support. We do not sell or rent user contact information to advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest) to protect your API keys and workspace credentials. API call logs are retained for 90 days for auditing and billing purposes, after which they are archived or aggregated.

Under applicable state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA) and international frameworks, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may delete your account and associated API keys at any time via your dashboard settings or by contacting privacy@listingarena.com.
